Religious Education
We are created in the image and likeness of God.
Our Catechists bring good news of Jesus to the hearts and minds of the children at St. Ignatius. In accordance with the Diocesan guidelines our goal is to offer children in our parish formal religious education. This formal education is pertinent information to the Catholic Faith. We see these classes as an extension of the parent's responsibility -- who are the primary teachers of their children. All our Youth Catechist's have passed their clearances and formal background checks.
Our Religious Education Program is available for children in pre-school through High School. Our second-graders are busy studying to receive their Sacrament of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion while our eighth-graders prepare and receive their Sacrament of Confirmation.
